Mary Beth loves to make people look their best. Her start in hair styling began at Hair Surgeon Designers, where she had to pinch herself every day just to remember it was all really happening. Mary Beth is a color specialist and she has a special affinity for modern cuts that make clients look more youthful. As the owner of Salon M, Mary Beth is still enamored with the industry. The salon is her dream come true: a beautiful location, amazing team and wonderful clients.

For Ashley, being a stylist is both a creative outlet and a way to make people feel good. She thrives on new trends and transformations. Some of her favorites are dimensional highlights and rich, natural looking colors. Ashley loves to work with textured hair transforming it into silky, glamorous locks. Salon M is a perfect fit for Ashley, the size, people, and vibe are just her style.

Caitlin begins each appointment with the end in mind. Her favorite part of being a stylist is the final magic moment when a cut, color, highlight, blowout and style all come together. Caitlin loves making people look and feel good as they leave the salon. To her, it’s a family tradition worth keeping. Caitlin’s mom, Mary Beth, is the owner of Salon M. The two style mavens love working together, catching up with clients and sharing stories on a daily basis. Caitlin is a Cincinnati native and gleans inspiration from following other talented stylists then customizing a look for the client in her chair at
the moment.

Elisha knew from a young age she would grow up to become a stylist
who loves making women feel their best. Growing up, Elisha would spend weekends with her grandma, playing with her hair. That quickly grew into a passion that she has brought to Salon M. Elisha finds an inviting spirit in Salon M and brings that same welcoming feeling to her clients. She specializes in the perfect haircut and loves making her client’s feel
next-level relaxation during their shampoo, leaving them with the ultimate salon experience.

Fayme has always had an interest in beauty. Whether it’s fashion or hair, she simply enjoys making people look and feel their best. After graduating from Indiana University in Apparel Merchandising and Business, she moved on to Aveda Fredric’s of Indianapolis where she mastered the art of hair. Fayme also loves getting to know her clients and watching their confidence grow every day. Many clients even turn into friends, making each day fun and fulfilling. Maybe it’s the way she brings out their natural beauty or the way she lends a patient listening ear; either way, every appointment in her chair is a delight.

Molly knows a visit to the salon brings a special kind of excitement, and she loves being a part of the moment with clients. Molly specializes in blondes and believes they really do have more fun! Molly has been doing hair since 2003 and is happy to call Salon M home. Her favorite moment of an appointment is when she shows clients the final product and sees how happy they are. Paige’s love for hair is in her genes. Growing up, she watched her mom as a stylist transform hair, offering a helping hand whenever possible. Paige quickly learned how to express creativity through hair, making people feel their absolute best. Foils and balayage is her speciality and she looks forward to transforming her client’s look and even their lives. Paige loves being inspired by new trends and is quick to try out new techniques that lead to the ultimate happy customer!
Perry came across his sister creating a lookbook for hair school and asked what was going on. The moment his sister called it “homework,” Perry knew where he was headed for school. Today he focuses on creating beautiful, seamless color that accents a perfect cut. Add in some softness and movement – and the client visit is a success. Perry joined Salon M to stretch his entrepreneurial muscles. He thrives off the creative energy and atmosphere at the salon and still gets excited every time he walks in

Rachelle spent her middle school days hanging out in the local salon, where she quickly learned she had the personality to thrive in the hair industry. Rachelle finds great joy in creating beautiful blonde tones and unforgettable updos for big events. Having natural curly hair herself, Rachelle is the perfect fit for clients who want a cut that works for both curly and straight styles. It has always been a dream of hers to work alongside her brother, Perry, as a stylist, and Salon M has brought this dream to life. For Rachelle, inspiration is everywhere. When she sees an amazing cut and color walking down the street, she immediately thinks about which client she can share this with. She loves getting to be a part of her client’s lives and leaves them feeling happy and beautiful.
